Position Client Services Specialist( Full Time )

Job Description Heavy outbound calls to prospective clients (70-100 per day)
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the clients's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Create and resolve work tickets
Responds to Customer via phone or email.

Ability to adapt the teaching style to different learning curves and levels of understanding.
Meeting Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures
Team Player and 'What Ever it Takes Attitude."
Maintains positive attitude.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Management a variety of tasks and timelines
Ability to teach a variety of skill levels.
Identify problems and find solutions
