Gathering the basic information: During this next phase, our sales executive will collect more detailed information to set up your particular transcription service. This includes specific provider details, templates or macro's, if any are to be used.

 

Technical Integration: If any technical integration or support is needed, TransDyne's technical team will set up the appropriate system: building VPN tunnels, HL7 interfacing, ADT feeds,installing TransDyne's software, etc, This can all be performed remotely, either on phone or by using RTS clients.
