Transdyne provides the ultimate in high quality, low cost transcription services for you.

How do we deliver service at such a low cost?

TransDyne guarantees you savings of up to 50% over your current transcription service. Volume and group discounts are also offered to larger practices, hospitals and professional associations.

As an outsourced transcription service provider, we serve hundreds of clients all over the United States. This gives us the advantage of having large operations with low administrative overhead. We pass the savings on to you, our client, who gains the advantages of a low cost service without compromising on the quality.

In addition, our proprietary software uses the latest developments in internet technologies, electronic data interchange and digital recorders to transfer documents and manage workflow efficiently, which cuts down on logistics costs.

What is the TransDyne Line Count Method?

TransDyne offers a standard charge starting from $0.10 per 65 character line. TransDyne defines a line using the standard of 65 characters per line. Our definition of a character is any letter, number, symbol, punctuation or space. TransDyne does not count key strokes as characters. Nor do we count formatting such as capitalization bolding, italicizing or underlining as characters.

Each invoice is accompanied with a detailed and easy to understand statement that includes the documents transcribed in that billing period and the actual character count of each of the documents. (For large accounts this statement is provided on request.)

What is the MTIA BMP - (Billing Method Principles)?

TransDyne supports the Industry Standard Billing Method Principles. A medical transcription billing method should be fair and honest, resulting in invoices that accurately reflect and charge for services rendered. Learn more about these principles here.(insert link here that contains the details previously listed about MTIA BMP)
