One-on-One on site Training: If you are local to San Diego or passing through San Diego, feel free to set up a training appointment with your Business Development Officer. This would give you a great opportunity to learn as much as possible about the business in a short time.
Traveling Group training seminars: Do not be disappointed if you cannot make it to San Diego. TransDyne as part of its marketing and brand building effort participates at many major medical conventions and trade shows all over the country. Voice Capture
TransDyne offers complete flexibility in choosing your favorite mode of dictation.
Digital recorders or PDA's: Users can use their PDA's or handheld digital recorders provided by TransDyne to dictate. These dictations can then be easily transmitted to TransDyne using the SmartUpload Application.>
Phone-In System: TransDyne offers a toll free phone-in system into which users can call in and record their dictations. Our phone-in system supports customized prompts as per user needs.
Alternate modes: If clients desire to use their current mode of dictation/voice capture, be it hand held or an in-house phone based dictation systems, TransDyne can accept those dictations by providing them with applications to transmit dictations to our servers.
SmartUpload: The Smart Upload utility helps users transfer files from their computers or dictation systems to TransDyne's servers. Smart Upload manages the entire dictation transfer process by checking for new dictations at pre-defined intervals, and any new dictations are uploaded to TransDyne's servers. Data transfer is done after encrypting the data using 128 bit encryption algorithms and hence it is fully secure. SmartUpload also uploads ancillary data like patient demographic reports.
TransDyne's zero cost compatibility solutions: If clients have existing systems that they are not inclined to do away with because of the substantial investments that have already gone into them or because of users' familiarity, TransDyne's Custom Solutions Group can design and build solutions that would make use of your existing systems and infrastructure and integrate these with TransDyne's systems.
Existing clients who have used such custom built solutions are pleased with the ease of use and the zero cost of migrating from a troublesome and error-prone transcription process to the quality transcription TransDyne offers.
Document Delivery
Smart Delivery: The Smart Delivery system is a document retrieval system with additional features like automated downloads, saving and printing. Key features of the Smart Delivery system are:
InBox: The InBox is where all newly delivered documents are displayed. A user can view documents sorted by Provider or by Report Type. A user can either print or save the document or can also review the document by opening the document and the related dictation. The InBox always shows current status of work to be filed or handled.
Automated Download: Smart Delivery allows users to automatically download newly delivered documents to user defined folders. The folders can be further sorted by Report Type or by Provider. A backup folder location can also be specified.
Automated Printing: Users can define Auto Print options of different reports to a specified printer. Only specific Report Types can be printed, based on user needs.
User Profiles: Multiple users can use the system and can be given different access privileges.
Powerful Archival and Search Options: The Smart Delivery system allows a user to search for a document based on different criteria like Date of Service, Date of Dictation, MRN #, Patient Name, Provider Name, or a combination of any of these criteria.

Web Delivery System: TransDyne's Web Delivery System addresses all the problems associated with tracking dictations, receiving documents, and in accessing old records from an archive. The Web Delivery system is a browser based system, and enables users to work with little or no additional software on their computer.
User Profiles: Multiple users can use the system and can be given different access privileges. Super users can even set up the profiles of other users and can change these profiles at the click of a mouse. This ease of use helps to take care of secretarial changes, holidays and days off.
InBox: The InBox is where all newly delivered documents are displayed. A user can choose to open and review a document or can download a bunch of documents and save or print the documents. The InBox always shows current status of work to be filed or handled.
QC Hold: Occasionally, transcriptionists might have to leave a few blanks in a document, because of non-receipt of patient names, bad audio or other reasons. In such cases, Web Delivery users can review such documents placed in the QC Hold, make necessary changes or additions, and then file or print the document.
Powerful Archival and Search Options: Once logged in to Web Delivery, a user can search for a document based on different criteria like Date of Service, Date of Dictation, MRN #, Patient Name, Provider Name, or a combination of any of these criteria. The Archival systems on our servers ensure that users can find documents dating back to dictations that are several months old.
