Referral Commissions: Based on your comfort levels and the time you would like to invest in pursuing a client for TransDyne, you can simply qualify a lead for TransDyne and handover the lead to TransDyne's inside sales reps, who will pursue the lead and try to close the opportunity. In this case you will be entitled to a flat referral commission upon closing such opportunity.
Sales Commissions: If you decide to pursue the lead and close the opportunity yourself for TransDyne, you will be entitled to a much more aggressive sales commission.
